Krabi, Thailand ~ 27 Oct 2012

Breakfast at 8am (Malaysian time) at the coffee house. Vouchers can be purchased at 180baht at the counter of Ao Nang Sunset Resort. Food wise, nothing to talk about but we had a great time interacting amongst ourselves.
From (L) : me, Ah Yat, Alex & Sam. Rocker57 photograper
Much later, we strolled the town of Ao Nang, Krabi. We heard there's a Harley Davidson shop that rents Harley Davidson bikes. Into the tuk-tuk (Thailand's open air taxis) up & down Ao Nang. Finally, we found it! Had to wait for over 15mins before it was open, only to find that it sells bikes not rent them...sigh...wasted two tuk-tuk trips & endless walking for nought.

Sam & I strolling behind Rocker57 in Ao Nang

Rows of shops & eateries...spoilt for choice

An antique car still road worthy.

After our drinks at Starbucks, a few doors away from McDonald's, we headed to Jeseao for lunch or was it massage first then lunch? Hmmm....whatever...anyways, here are the pix :

Errrr...Ah Yat, the beach is behind you!

For you to relax after a massage, complimentary fruits & drinks

One Happy & satisfied customer....crack, crack.

The place where we had our massage...no 11

Ahhhh....after a good rub down...coffee? Pineapple? Banana? Mineral water?
Fast forward...dinner time!! We went to A Ning by default when we sighted a flat screen TV, well ventilated dinning area & comfy ambiance. The delayed telecast of MotoGP qualifying rounds at Philips Island, Australia was on screen!!

While they enjoyed the TV & waiting for food to be served, I sneaked out to snapped some sunset pix :

The rice came in different shapes. What a surprise & delight to us.

Later, we adjourned to Klatbch for ice-cream & a night cap. It was here Sam & I "accidentally" found a better & more comfy hotel named Princeville (just behind Klatbch) while on our way to the washroom. Perhaps, the next time, we will seek accommodations here. FYI, for Oct, the room-rate is 2,500 baht per room.

The ete ice cream was quite good, surprisingly.

Conscious eating habit, no whipped cream, cherry or nuts? Hey, where's the nuts???
After some jibes & much laughter, we headed back to Ao Nang Sunset Resort to retire for the day. We have to be out of Ao Nang by 7am (M'sian time) tomorrow for a loooooooooong ride back... all 800++kms in a single day. HUH? Can we make it?

Join me again tomorrow to know what happened next!

Until then "SAWADEEKAA"

What's your rating for the massage? Was it a fully bodied or just the back?

Sam, Sam...always blur. Last in Betong, I ate BKT in front of u, yet u were oblivious!
Next, I get insurance to Thai for RM12 and yours was RM28!
Now, I do massage together with u at 1/3 below yours!
Sigh, sigh...what is Sam's world coming to????
